You and I sit down - either by telephone, or by Skype or similar platform (video or audio) or even by email or Instant Message. (In-person meetings, in a private or public place, may be possible at extra cost, to cover my additional travel time and expenses.) We look at where you are, and where you'd like to be. Maybe you'd like to start by making more friends. Or finding a date. Or improving your relationship with your apartmentmate. Or being able to go out and have fun more often. Possibly you need help with something urgent right now.
Whatever your goals, we then decide what steps to take to get from Point A to Point B. You may work on motivating yourself to do what you need to do. You may learn more about the world and about how people operate. We may practice specific steps while you grow more comfortable with them.
Please understand, life coaching is not therapy. If you feel you may suffer from depression, anxiety disorder or another psychological or psychiatric issue, please contact a licensed therapist or counselor.
"Thank you for a very worthwhile experience for [my son] over the past weeks. He has enjoyed your encounters and has benefited greatly. He will be signing up for more sessions with you at a later time."
- Jerry, father of a client
